Refund & Return Policy

Detailed information about our refund policy. We believe in your satisfaction.

1. Nature of Digital Products

PayUtsab primarily provides digital templates and designs. Since digital products are downloadable and cannot be "returned" once accessed, we generally do not offer refunds. Please review the template preview and description carefully before purchasing.

2. When are you eligible for a refund?

If you have paid but are unable to download the file due to technical errors and our support team fails to resolve it within 24 hours, you may apply for a refund. Also, accidental double payments for the same product will be refunded.

3. Refund Request Deadline

In case of any issues, you must contact our support center within 72 hours of purchase. No refund or exchange requests will be accepted after the specified time.

Transparent Payment System

A detailed invoice of every transaction is sent to your email.

4. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be sent back via your original payment method (e.g., Bkash, Nagad, or Rocket) within 5-10 business days. Processing fees or gateway charges are non-refundable.

5. Providing Incorrect Information

If a user creates an account with an incorrect email or information and faces issues receiving service, PayUtsab will not be held responsible. No refund will apply in this case.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments already made for the current term are non-refundable. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

7. Policy Updates

The authority reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to you.
